As a reminder, IMG’s online claims submission portal is available for health claims and travel claims, allowing customers to submit new claims and supporting documentation via MyIMG.
The online claims submission process is faster, easier, and features a user-friendly interface to vastly improve your customers’ overall experience with IMG.
If the insured has not already created a MyIMG account, they must first create an account. To submit a claim, insureds should log in to MyIMG and navigate to the “My Claims” page. After clicking the ‘Submit New Claim’ button, the insured will then be directed to the new online claims submission portal.
